Becoming a member

The Coalition is open to carers and carer organisations – if you want to be part of the bigger picture in Scotland, join us! We welcome local carer support organisations, projects for minority ethnic carers and organisations representing specific carer groups, such as mental health carers or parent carers.

Becoming a member is easy, simply fill in the contact form below and we will be in touch.

Membership Fees

If you are a carer, then you can become a member for free.

For organisations, membership fees range from £75 – £500 per annum, depending on your funding and ability to pay. All our membership fees go towards our campaigning activities.

Benefits of being a member

By joining the Coalition you will be strengthening the voice of Carers in Scotland.

Members tell us that they benefit immensely from the support and information they get from our staff team. As a member you will also receive:

  • An invitation to 3 member meetings a year
  • Regular information and briefing papers through e-mail updates, our social media channels and Website
  • The opportunity to contribute to carer campaigns and the development of policy and legislation.

You don’t have to be a member to make an enquiry. If you have a question about what support is out there for carers, then please do get in touch using the contact form below and we will get back to you.
